I love comics. I love 'Beauty and the Beast'. So, imagine my excitement when the two mediums collided in the creation of BATBNationBeauty and the Beast online Graphic Novels! I was THRILLED and eagerly looked forward in reading them before each new 'BATB' episode...visible with all my gushing seenHERE, HERE, & HERE.
These online comics were created by the 'dynamic duo' Sarah Hernadez (writer) and Andy Holmes (artist) and together developed some great, fun, cool stories involving our favorite 'BATB' characters. Sadly, Sarah announced yesterday on twitter that she will not be returning for season2 of 'Beauty and the Beast'. Obviously, I was heartbroken. I had the great pleasure of meeting Sarah at WonderCon a few months back and she was simply 'all kinds of awesome'! It was great to discover our shared love for 'BATB', comics, & all things Superman! THANK YOU Sarah for your hard work and dedication in the creation of these special comics and for sharing all the love with 'Beasties' on twitter and WonderCon! I wish you all the BEST in all your future projects!

A couple of FANTASTIC video interviews of Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan from Australia's The Age promoting 'Beauty and the Beast' just in time for its debut Wednesday, May 22, 2013. The interviews were originally made during a press junket back in November 2012.

LOVE IT! I do miss some of the 'old school romantic' courting visible in the earlier episodes...with the notes, pebbles, and Vincent saying Catherine's FULL NAME and not her nickname 'Cat', like everyone else calls her.

According to Comic Vine's exclusive preview pages, Lana Lang will be making an appearance in 'Superman #20'! The issue will showcase Clark Kent having a mind altering vision of a blissful life with Lana Lang a la 'For the Man Who Has Everything' (Animation) until, 'Wham', all hell breaks loose. Very cool, but why is it we only get alternate reality or flashback stories involving Lana?!! I want to SEE what Lana Lang is doing NOW!!! *sigh* I don't know if there will be more of Lana in the comic besides what is shown on these preview pages...will find out this week when the issues goes on sale Wednesday the 22nd.

When Clark and Wonder Woman (as Diana Prince) decided to attend Lois and Jonathan Carroll's house warming party, we saw some crazy visions. Kristin Kreuk was interviewed by 'PIX11 Morning News' New York on Wednesday to promote 'Beauty and the Beast'! She reveals a lot of awesome things about the season finale, Beasties, her life on TV, and her favorite thing to do when in New York. However, the MOST revealing bit of news was what the entertainment anchor uttered at the end of the broadcast...Kristin Kreuk is SINGLE?!!!
I always enjoy Kristin Kreuk's interviews! She is so sweet and down-to-earth...and apparently single. WoW! 'If' true, whoever captures her heart will be one lucky guy.
