Smallville Calendars
The first "official" mass-market 'Smallville' calendar was produced in 2003. It was a 16-month calendar that covered the months of September 2002 through December 2003. Subsequent calendars were in the traditional 12 month format. All of the calendars featured full color still shots of episode scenes and character promo stills from the show. The sizes have varied slightly over the years, but most measure about 12x12 inches (closed). Two main companies have produced them: ‘Universe Publishing’ & 'Andrews McMeel’. Many of the older calendars are no longer available for purchacse.
There were also a couple of 12-month ‘Cleveland WB' exclusive calendars made. The calendars were intended to promote the TV station's programming by highlighting a different WB show every month. I am only aware of the two calendars– A (September 2003-August 2004) and a (September 2004-August 2005). Lana appears in the 2003-2004 calendar.

Smallville Trading Cards by Inkworks
Smallville Trading Cards were first published in 2002 by Inkworks in collaboration with both DC and The WB Network. The card themes, artwork, and characters were all based on the television show of the same name. These trading cards were primarily marketed as a 90-card ‘base-set’ and were released yearly for about 6 years. DC Comics 1976 Calendar
A “DC Comics/Warner Books” calendar was produced in 1976, which depicted many, if not all of the DC comic book super-heroes, villains, and notable supporting characters. It featured beautiful artwork from many prominent comic book artists of that time. It also incorporated a lot of interesting information about the DC universe established by E. Nelson Bridwell. For example, it highlighted the birthdays of many DC characters (Lana Lang’s birthday being on July 17th) and indicated important events in DC history (Clark Kent's first meeting with Bruce Wayne was on March 10th). This calendar is obviously no longer available for purchase.

Superman III Trading Cards by Topps
Superman III Trading Cards were published in 1983 by the popular trading card manufacturer 'Topps' in collaboration with 'DC Comics'. The card themes, artwork, and characters were all based on the third Superman film released in that same year. A total of 121 cards were issued in this set - 99 Base Cards and 22 Sticker Cards. A unique feature of the set is that the sticker backs form two different puzzles of scenes from the film.

'DC Comics Super Heroes and Villains Fandex' is a set of 75 cards with full-color pictures and descriptions of certain DC comic book characters. Each card includes bio information, first appearances, a character's history overview as well as key facts about the character. The author is Randall Lotowycz and the cards' artwork is comprised of various notable comic book artists. If you are looking for a 'quick' and 'basic' introduction to DC Comics' characters, then this is for you. Although, it is important to note this is pre 'New 52' reboot.
Lana Lang is not highlighted with her own card [I checked], but she is mentioned in the 'Superman' & 'Supergirl' Fandex cards.
