The World of Smallville (1988 Series)

The World of Smallville – A comic book series published by DC Comics that ran in 1988. This 4 issue miniseries is one of 3 collective titles that coincide with John Byrne’s rebooting of the Superman character (The World of Krypton & The World of Metropolis). This comic book run begins with The World of Smallville #1 published in April of 1988 and officially ends with issue #4 in July 1988. Lana Lang makes her first appearance in this series in The World of Smallville #1 (April 1988) and her first cover appearance in The World of Smallville #4 (July 1988).
