Superboy (1949 Series)

Superboy – A comic book series published by DC Comics that ran from 1949 to 1977. This 1949 series is the first volume of three with the same title (see Superboy 1990 series & Superboy v3 1994 series). It is also the comic title in which Lana Lang makes her very first character debut in issue #10 (Sept-Oct 1950) yay! The comic book run begins with Superboy #1 published in March-April of 1949 and officially ends with issue #230 in August 1977. Lana Lang makes her first cover appearance in Superboy #11 (Nov-Dec 1950) as a brunette! (See image)
