On the heels of celebrating Kristin Kreuk's T.V. Series 'Beauty & the Beast' pick-up, we get the sad news that Emily Procter's T.V. show 'CSI Miami' has been cancelled after 10 seasons.
"In a statement Sunday morning, the network said: "'CSI: Miami' leaves an amazing television legacy — a signature look and style, global popularity and as a key player in CBS' rise to the top over the past decade. We thank all the producers — led by Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman and Ann Donahue — and its talented cast, led by David Caruso, for 10 outstanding seasons. Viewers around the world will continue to enjoy rebroadcasts of 'CSI: Miami' in syndication and on key digital platforms for many years to come."
The show aired more than 200 episodes in its 10-year run.
Congratulations on a GREAT run Emily! 'When one door closes another door opens'. So we look forward to all the possible new and exciting 'Emily Procter' projects to come!

Loosely based on the CBS 1980s series, this version of Beauty and the Beast is a modern-day romance with a procedural twist-- and of course an extra personal connection between the two titular character..." to read articleclick here

A couple of Kristin Kreuk articles from '24 Hours Vancouver' & 'Public' [French Magazine] (April 2007) highlighting Kristin's outing at a 'Home Depot' with friend and 'Smallville' co-star Allison Mack.
"Even celebrities enjoy home renovations. At least, that's the way it looked when two stars of the series 'Smallville' were spotted at a Home Depot store in Vancouver recently. Kristin Kreuk (Lana) and Allison Mack (Chloe) were caught by the cameras in the parking lot lugging a few gallons of paint to their vehicle. 'Smallville', which also stars Tom Welling as a young Clark Kent, has just wrapped production on season six here, and will likely be back for another year of production soon." ~ 24 Hours Vancouver (April 25, 2007)
